The purpose of the NWA Vision Zero Plan is to emphasize change related to traffic safety in order to achieve the policy goal of eliminating all traffic fatalities and severe injuries while increasing safe, healthy and equitable mobility for all.

In support of this goal, the Fayetteville City Council adopted a Vision Zero Policy in 2023, with the goal of eliminating traffic deaths and serious injuries by 2030. Learn more at our Vision Zero page.
